• Contacts who unsubscribe from marketing emails are flagged "do not email" in HubSpot but are not automatically deleted. To request full deletion, contact us at sales@pharossolutions.com.

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Requests are processed within 10 business days.
• Request deletion of your personal data by emailing sales@pharossolutions.com. Deletion requests are fulfilled within 30 days.
